Players who keep creating chances often end up being the difference-makers over the course of the season and the Premier League has plenty of those kinds of players.
The Premier League has always been home to some of the finest attackers and midfielders in the world. The 21-year-old has scored six goals and provided five assists this term in the Premier League and looks set for a bright future. Unfortunately, he will miss out on the rest of the season after picking up a knee injury.
#4 Mason Mount (Chelsea) - 73 chances
Chelsea invested heavily in the summer transfer window and made two expensive additions to attacking midfield in Kai Havertz and Hakim Ziyech. Incredibly enough, their own academy product Mason Mount hasn't had much trouble snatching back the place that was rightfully his.
Mount has been Chelsea's main creative source this season and he has been as effective under Thomas Tuchel as he had been under Frank Lampard. #3 Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City) - 73 chances
The best midfielder in the Premier League over the course of the past few years, Kevin De Bruyne has been in top form again this term. The Belgian international did miss out for a few weeks through injury but has managed to play a big role in Manchester City firing on all cylinders and challenging on all fronts.
KDB has created a whopping 73 chances from 24 Premier League appearances. He is Manchester City's main man in midfield and has done his best to ensure that the transition into the post-David Silva era has gone without too many hitches.
Kevin De Bruyne has scored five goals and provided 11 assists in the Premier League so far this term and is at par with the very best in the business.

Jack Grealish has easily been one of the best players in the Premier League this season. After surviving a drop by the skin of their teeth last time around, Aston Villa could very well finish inside the top half of the table and that will be, in no short part, thanks to Grealish's exploits.

#1 Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) - 87 chances
Bruno Fernandes is a great example of how one signing can improve a team. Manchester United are a completely different proposition when Fernandes is out on the pitch. He is not the tidiest of passers but that's a compromise he is willing to make and one that the Old Trafford faithful are willing to take for the greater good of the team.
His quick thinking and vision help him play some killer passes in and around the final third and as his numbers suggest, they have a high chance of paying off. Bruno Fernandes has created 87 chances in the Premier League this term and this goes to show why he has that X-factor that Manchester United have been lacking for years.
