#3 - Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been the most vocal when it comes to issues with Pep Guardiola. The Swede has not held back any time he has spoken about the manager and claimed Guardiola showed favoritism in team selection.

Ibrahimovic was signed by Pep Guardiola from Inter Milan and put straight into the Barcelona starting XI. However, six months later, the striker was benched for tactical reasons and was loaned out in the subsequent summer transfer window.

He went on a rant against Pep Guardiola once and said:

"He wasn't the worst coach I'd worked under, but he was certainly the most immature because a man solves his problems."

#2 - Samuel Eto'o

Like Yaya Toure, Eto'o too was the star of the season for Barcelona just before Pep Guardiola's arrival. The striker was in the form of his life, but the manager was not interested in working with him.

However, Samuel Eto'o convinced the Spaniard to give him a chance and used the opportunity well by scoring 46 goals in all competitions in the 2008-09 season. However, that was not enough for Pep Guardiola, and Eto'o was used in the deal to bring in Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Years later, Eto'o spoke about his time under the Spaniard and said:

"I love him as a coach, but not as a person. I learned to play football with him. He interprets things better than anyone. He's the best, but of course he loses matches."

#1 - Joe Hart

Pep Guardiola made a statement at Manchester City on his arrival by removing Joe Hart from the starting XI. The manager was adamant on not using the Englishman and wanted a new goalkeeper signed at all costs.

Joe Hart, who planned on playing at Etihad for the rest of his career, was left astonished by the decision. Hart impressed on loan to Torino while his replacement Claudio Bravo was having a hard time in the Premier League.

There were calls for Pep Guardiola to bring back Joe Hart into the starting XI, but he went and bought Ederson instead. The Englishman later spoke about the manager's decision and said:

"I'm not going to second guess why he wanted to get rid of me. The only thing that came of it is that I need to leave. Why he did it or what the intentions were I don't really care because it makes no difference to me, it makes no difference to my life.
"It would be a lie to say I didn't want to spend my whole time at Man City, I would happily played for them for the rest of my career and not played abroad, but it was too good an opportunity to turn down."

Joe Hart is now at Celtic after spells at Burnley and Tottenham.
