The Declan Rice to Chelsea rumours have been going on for quite some time now. With the summer transfer window approaching, there have been rumours that Chelsea could make a move for Rice.
A product of the Chelsea academy, Rice joined West Ham United in 2014 and is regarded as a star for the Hammers. An excellent defensive midfielder, the 22-year old can also operate as a centre-back. He has produced consistently good performances for West Ham United in midfield.
Manchester United are also said to be interested in Rice. However, given the England international's Chelsea background and his close friendship with Mason Mount, it would not be surprising to see Rice play for Thomas Tuchel next season.

It has been clear for some time now that Harry Kane would like to leave Tottenham Hotspur this summer, and Chelsea are one of the clubs tracking the star.
One of the best strikers in the world, Kane enjoyed a brilliant individual campaign in 2020-21, even though Tottenham Hotspur endured an indifferent season. The England international made 35 Premier League appearances, scoring 23 goals and providing 14 assists.
Kane has made his ambitions clear. The 27-year-old wants to lift trophies, but he is unlikely to realise that if he stays at Spurs. Chelsea are one of the very few clubs who would be able to afford Harry Kane, with Manchester United and Manchester City also said to interested.
