Over the greater part of the last few years, Jan Oblak has been a sensational goalkeeper. The Atletico Madrid shot-stopper has been one of the most decorated goalkeepers of recent times. He was one of the main reasons Diego Simone's side won La Liga last campaign, keeping 18 clean sheets in 38 matches.

Oblak is not the tallest keeper in the world but makes up for it with his perfect positioning. He also exhibits excellent shot-stopping abilities with his lightning reflexes.

Oblak's valuation has seen a decrease since 2021, but a large reason for it is the leakier nature of Atletico's defense. Atletico have conceded a much larger number of goals (22) at this point in the season compared to their usual standards.

Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has had a very difficult start to his Real Madrid career. He moved under acrimonious situations from Chelsea in 2018, and the off-field issues affected his rhythm.

But Courtois put all that behind him at the FIFA World Cup in 2018 and has not looked back since. He is one of the most senior and reliable members of Real Madrid. Despite the powerful squad, Los Blancos have had to rely on Courtois plenty of times to escape from a challenging situation.

Courtois uses his tall frame for extra reach to cover distances that most other keepers can barely achieve. He has continued his form under Carlo Ancelotti this season and has kept 11 clean sheets in 26 matches. Courtois will try to keep up his performances and aim to add to his silverware playing for Real.
