We had the Football Revolution with Adidas Ace (the shoe for the playmaker) and Adidas X (shoe for the unpredictable game changer) in 2015. Adidas even discontinued the Predator as part of the Football Revolution. On August 16, 2015, Adidas unveiled the new Eskolaite pack for both Adidas X and Adidas Ace. This new colorway is all set to bring striking colors to an already impressive football boot silo lineup.
Science Class: Eskolaite is a rare Chromium Oxide mineral. It is the first time we see Eskolaite in the football industry. This coating on the football boots gives the striking green look on the outsole. The brand new Adidas Ace and Adidas X feature the same technologies as the original Ace and X along with a few handy improvements.
This Eskolaite Chrome pack is a part of the Limited Collection from Adidas. This collection also includes Adidas Adizero Crazylight 2015 99g and Adidas Primeknit 2.0.
Adidas X 15.1
Originally designed for the game changers. Now, with the brand new colorway, it is even more deadly. The outsole and the collar boast the striking green color while the silver colors the entire upper. Adidas branding in silver color is in the heel area and is difficult to differentiate it from the rest of the shoe.
When compared to the regular X 15.1, we see a higher TechFit sock-liner that delivers healthier ankle support.
It features the same technologies of the regular Adidas X 15.1. Expect to see the revolutionary X-CAGE. A reinforced chassis for better lockdown and stability. The X-CLAW on the outsole will help you to maneuver in almost any way of your liking. Finally, the upper features X-SKIN. This lightweight material provides the ultimate in lightweight stability. The stud pattern is similar and features an extra level of cleats added stability.
There is currently no official information as to who will wear these shoes on the pitch. Do not expect much player support of the Eskolaite Chrome pack.
Adidas Ace 15.1
The shoe built for ultimate control also gets a makeover. Silver/Green the only colorway available. The outsole and the innersole of the football boot boast the eye-catching green color while silver colors rest of the shoe.
On the upper, we see the groundbreaking CONTROL WEB design. This engineered 3D honeycomb design offers supreme first touch and ball control. The outsole also features an innovate pattern. This makes sure the more studs are on the ball during movement. Truly revolutionary from Adidas. Apart from this, we also see NSG (Non Stop Grip). NSG ensures that there is unparalleled grip in all weather conditions.
Like Adidas X 15.1 Eskolaite Chrome, there is no official information as to who will debut these shoes on the pitch and do not expect much player backing.
