Atletico Madrid’s Turkish winger Arda Turan’s agent has confirmed that an unknown English club has submitted a bid in order to sign the 27 year old winger. Turan, who signed a contract with the Spanish Champions last season has a release clause of €40m. Earlier his agent had confirmed that his client would like to move to England and play in the English Premier League, with Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool all being in the race for his signature.
Speaking to Voetbal Primeur, Ahmet Bulut [Turan’s Agent] said, “Arda is currently playing at a big club with big ambitions. He wants to be part of that success, but we must wait and see what happens”

Arda Turan can play on either flank, and with Manchester United’s wingers in awful form over the last couple of seasons, he could be tailor-made for the club.
He has scored 7 goals this season and provided 5 assists for Diego Simeone’s team. Turan made a move to Atletico Madrid back in 2011 from Turkish side Galatasaray and has made 95 appearances with the club.
