#3 Houssem Aouar (Lyon)

Lyon have an extremely young squad, especially when midfielders are considered. Their midfield 3 that started against Manchester City consisted of three youngsters - Bruno Guimaraes, Maxence Caqueret, and Houssem Aouar.

The oldest of the lot is 22-year-old Guimaraes, but the star turn in the middle of the park is Houssem Aouar. He's the leader of Lyon's young midfield pack, creating chances effortlessly, carrying the ball forward with incredible guile, and helping out defensively with fearless tackles.

He's a world-class talent and has the potential to be one of the world's best in his position a few years down the line. He's already operating at the very high level and seems unfazed when going up against the planet's best midfielders.

He has already dealt with the likes of Miralem Pjanic and Kevin De Bruyne, and will be raring to duel Leon Goretzka and Thiago Alcantara with similar intensity.

It'll be nearly impossible for Lyon to win this match without their young sensation pulling strings and making the team tick.

#2 Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich)

How good is Joshua Kimmich right now?

The 25-year-old German is arguably the most complete footballer in the world right now. His skill-set is absolutely ridiculous, and sometimes it feels like there's nothing he can't do. He has been deployed as a defensive midfielder this season for Bayern Munich, but reverted to being a right-back against Barcelona. He still often positioned himself in the center of the park for Bayern Munich, and the Catalans found him impossible to deal with.

He's a fantastic defender, and will never shy away from a sliding tackle or an aerial duel. He's a brilliant passer and measures long passes to absolute perfection. On top of that, he's very silky on the ball and has an uncanny knack of chipping in with goals. H

is position sense is off the charts and he's any manager's dream. He's also very consistent and nobody would be surprised if he leads Bayern Munich to victory once again.

#1 Robert Lewandowski (Bayern Munich)

It is tough to believe that Bayern Munich scored as many as 8 goals in a single game, with Lewandowski only scoring one of them. After all, he's the Bavarians' talisman and go-to guy when they need a goal.

He is arguably the best striker in the world at this moment, and already has 14 Champions League goals this season. Many have tried, but nobody has managed to contain the Pole.

Lyon's back 3 of Jason Denayer, Marcelo and Marcal have been effective against offensive sides of late, but Bayern Munich and Lewandowski pose a different challenge altogether. They are the hottest offensive team in Europe right now, and it is nearly impossible for Lyon to keep a clean sheet against the goalscoring juggernaut that Bayern Munich are.

Lewandowski missed a fair few chances by his standards against Barcelona, and he may well be in the mood to make amends against Lyon. If so is the case, it could be a long, long evening for Les Gones.
