What’s the story?

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri, just prior to his side's UEFA Europa League final clash against Arsenal, has claimed that Eden Hazard on some occasions seems completely disinterested during the training sessions as he finds everything to be too easy.

In case you didn’t know...

The Europa league final against Arsenal in Baku tonight could be the last competitive game for Hazard in a Chelsea jersey as Real Madrid look confident of signing their long-term target after he is done fulfilling his commitments with the Londoners.

The heart of the matter

Sarri is in complete awe of the Chelsea talisman as he believes he is in the same bracket as some of best players in the world. While talking about Hazard, the former Napoli boss stated that his quality is far superior as compared to the rest of the squad and that the Belgian sometimes looks completely detached and disinterested in training as it is all too easy for him.

The Chelsea boss in a recent interview said:

"Hazard is a pleasure during the game, but sometimes during the week he is a problem as he is very talented and gets bored in training because everything is easy.
"Right now, Eden is one of the most important players in Europe and in the world.
"I think he can improve, and he has to try to become the best in Europe."

Meanwhile, Sarri refused to discuss his star player's future as he believes it is not the right time to do so as a big game against Arsenal needs to be the point of focus right now.

What's next?

If he does leave Chelsea for Real Madrid this summer, Hazard would like to end his career at Stamford Bridge on a high by winning the Europa League.
