Marc-Andre ter Stegen - 6.5/10

Marc-Andre ter Stegen was forced into the first save of the game at the stroke of half-time and did well to deny Dynamo Kyiv the opening goal. The Barcelona shot-stopper had very little to do throughout the game.

Oscar Mingueza - 7/10

Oscar Mingueza stepped up admirably for Ronald Koeman's Barcelona outfit and put in a couple of important tackles and blocks against Dynamo Kyiv. The defender was a passionate presence on the pitch and had a positive debut.

Clement Lenglet - 6/10

Clement Lenglet had very little to do in the game but did have his fair share of nervous moments at the start of the second half. The French defender was replaced by Barcelona left-back Jordi Alba as Ronald Koeman rested his senior players in the second half.

Junior Firpo - 6/10

Junior Firpo was reliable in his own half but was not comfortable against Dynamo Kyiv. The left-back slotted into central defence after Jordi Alba's introduction in the second half.

Sergino Dest - 8.5/10

Sergino Dest was a livewire on the right flank for Barcelona and his pace and dribbling prowess proved too much of a challenge. The American teenager scored a well-deserved goal and will be thrilled with his performance.

Miralem Pjanic - 7/10

With Sergio Busquets injured and Frenkie de Jong rested for this game, Miralem Pjanic was tasked with pulling the strings in Barcelona's midfield. The Bosnian midfielder consistently broke Dynamo Kyiv's lines with his passing and continues to settle into his role under Ronald Koeman.

Carles Alena - 6/10

Carles Alena recycled possession effectively in the middle of the pitch but was unable to create any chances of note for the home side. The La Masia talent took up a more defensive role in the second half.

Philippe Coutinho - 6.5/10

Philippe Coutinho took on a creative role in Barcelona's midfield and was his side's most dangerous player in the first half. The Brazilian star troubled Dynamo Kyiv on a few occasions and was taken off in the second half.

Pedri - 6.5/10

Pedri had an unusually quiet first half against Dynamo Kyiv and was not particularly comfortable against the Ukrainian side's tenacious midfield. The teenage prodigy improved in the second half and played a key role in Barcelona's opening goal.

Francisco Trincao - 6/10

Francisco Trincao put in yet another underwhelming performance for Barcelona and has plenty of work to do on his final product. The Portuguese winger was full of tricks and slaloms but was unable to create chances for his side.

Martin Braithwaite - 8/10

Martin Braithwaite has worked hard for Barcelona over the past few months and his perseverance finally paid off with an excellent brace against Dynamo Kyiv. The Danish striker was a focussed presence throughout the game and his turn of pace helped Barcelona's cause.

Antoine Griezmann - 7.5/10

Antoine Griezmann had an excellent cameo against Dynamo Kyiv and pulled the strings for Barcelona in the final third. The French striker scored his first Champions League goal of the season with a crisp strike and will look to improve his performances as the season progresses.

Riqui Puig - 6.5/10

Riqui Puig was a lively bundle of energy for Barcelona and served as the perfect foil for several Catalan forays into the final third. The La Masia youngster should have scored his first goal of the season but failed to hit the target from an excellent position.

Jordi Alba - 7/10

Jordi Alba brought Barcelona's left flank to life in the second half and his cross ultimately won the club a penalty. The Spaniard also bagged an assist for Barcelona's last goal of the game.

Matheus Fernandes - 6/10

Matheus Fernandes made his Barcelona debut as a substitute against Dynamo Kyiv but was unable to make an impact.

Konrad de la Fuente - 6/10

Konrad de la Fuente also became made his Barcelona debut and showed glimpses of his abilities against Dynamo Kyiv on the pitch.
