Everton's Colombian centre-back Yerry Mina delivered nine points for his owners in gameweek one and with a favourable run of fixtures coming the Toffees' way, he is another good option to bolster your team defensively.

Costing £5.5m, Mina isn't exactly cheap but could certainly prove worth it in the long run. After all, Marco Silva's men do not face any side from the top six until September 29, when they host the defending champions Manchester City at Goodison Park.

Mina can be a good option on both ends of the pitch, given his large frame and aerial ability both of which mean he can provide goals from set-pieces. Therefore, if you're unable to accommodate Virgil van Dijk in your squad, Mina is the next best alternative. He's also likely to start in all of their upcoming fixtures.
