A true hero at Anfield, Gerrard truly deserves the word ‘legend’.

Renowned for his pace, work-rate, stamina and thunderous long-shots in his prime, Gerrard almost singlehandedly inspired an average Liverpool side to some great victories and consistent performances in the Premier League era.
