#2 Nabil Fekir
Everybody is aware that Liverpool have never truly replaced Philippe Coutinho since the Brazilian's €120 million transfer to Barcelona in January 2018. Nabil Fekir was very close to replacing Coutinho at Anfield, but his dream Premier League move collapsed at the last moment last summer.
Nevertheless, Liverpool can once more try to sign him this summer. The Frenchman may not be in the form he was in the 2017-18 season, but his enormous talent is still intact.
Liverpool do not have any natural attacking midfielder in their squad, let alone a playmaker of Coutinho's calibre. Hence, Fekir would be a great addition to their squad. He scored nine league goals and provided seven assists this term.
He also became Lyon's standout player throughout the team's Champions League campaign, contributing a goal and an assist against Manchester City in the group stages. An agile offensive midfielder, who can score as well as create chances for his team-mates, Fekir could be the missing piece in Liverpool's puzzle.
