Jose Mourinho's Tottenham Hotspur will take on his former club, Manchester United, in the biggest clash of week 15 in the Premier League 2019-20.
Both clubs, while a part of the 'traditional' big six, have not been in the best of form this season. While Tottenham are placed sixth on the points table behind the likes of Crystal Palace, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's United are languishing in 10th place.
Looking at their form as well as managerial history, it's safe to say that both teams will be desperate for a win on Thursday. On that note, let's take a look at the last three meetings between the two sides:
Tottenham Hotspur 0 - 1 Manchester United
13 January 2019, Premier League
One of the major results in Solskjaer's honeymoon period with United, this win over Tottenham at the Wembley Stadium gave the Red Devils their sixth victory in as many games under their then caretaker manager.
Marcus Rashford, who played on the right flank with Jesse Lingard as the central forward and Anthony Martial as his left-wing counter-part, found the net at the cusp of half-time to give United the lead. That turned out to be the solitary goal of the match, and combined with David de Gea's vintage brilliance between the sticks, it was enough to secure three points for the visiting side.
The Spaniard made 11 saves as opposed to seven from Hugo Lloris, including a sensational stop against Dele Alli in the second half. After that, he pulled off an excellent reaction-save to deny Toby Alderweireld.
Lloris also upped his game in the second half to keep United's tally to one. The damage, however, was already done.

Manchester United 0 - 3 Tottenham Hotspur
August 2018, Premier League
The result that led to Mourinho's infamous 'respect, respect, respect' breakdown in the post-match press conference, Tottenham's 3-0 spanking of United was their biggest victory at Old Trafford since October 1972. It also marked United's worst start to the league campaign – two losses in three games – since the 1992-93 season.
As Mourinho pointed out in his heated presser, United should've been '3-0 up at half-time'. While the match wasn't as skewed as he asserted, the hosts did indeed seem to be the stronger side at the half-time whistle.
Romelu Lukaku missed out on an open goal from a tight angle in the 16th minute, before hitting one straight to Hugo Lloris four minutes later. The Spurs keeper pulled off a couple of good saves thereafter, denying United an opener.
However, while Spurs looked relatively weaker in the first 45 minutes, they came out a different side in the second half. Harry Kane opened the scoring with a thumping header in the 50th minute, and from there, it was all Tottenham.
United were railroaded by the visitors, as Lucas Moura doubled their lead just two minutes later. He struck once again in the 84th minute, as Spurs romped to a historic victory on the road.
Manchester United 2 - 1 Tottenham Hotspur
April 2018, FA Cup
Late strikes from Alexis Sanchez and Ander Herrera – both of whom are not in the current United squad – scripted yet another semifinal nightmare for Tottenham in the 2018 FA Cup.
Spurs, who were playing at their adopted home, the Wembley Stadium, secured an early lead through Dele Alli's goal in the 11th minute. However, Sanchez stepped up in the 24th minute, scoring his third goal in seven appearances against Tottenham.
The goal originated from an excellent solo effort from Paul Pogba, who dislodged the ball from Mousa Dembele's feet and provided a sublime cross to the far post. Sanchez, who leaped up for a strong header, did the rest.
The second half began on an even but tense footing between the two sides, which continued until the 62nd minute. It was then that Tottenham's dreams of reaching the final were crushed once again, as Herrera found the net after Jesse Lingard provided a smart assist from Lukaku's mistimed first touch.
United thus reached their 20th FA Cup final – a record they jointly hold with Arsenal.
