After failing to sign any of Mourinho’s centre-backs targets for Manchester United, a rumour hit the ground running yesterday about the Portuguese signing John Terry on loan.
The former Chelsea captain played for Aston Villa last season in the Championship but had to be released from the squad due to financial issues. While Roy Hodgson now wants him back after Villa were injected with cash, Mourinho, too, reportedly, is thinking about him.
However, Manchester Evening News now reveal that both United and Terry are not interested in a partnership as the former hasn’t shown any interest for the former Chelsea while Terry himself doesn’t fancy playing for another Premier League team apart from the Blues.
