And the holy mother of all relationships is this one. Their celebrity status is such that their marriage itself is something of a brand, but as David says, “we are together because we love each other.” To this day, they are the most famous celebrity-football pairing in the world and it seems as though they will keep being that for a long time to come.

The pair met each other at a party and David was instantly fazed by her—they knew then and there that there was something about them. And that was it. In 1999, David and Victoria got married and have been together ever since.

They have four kids among them and are seen as the point of reference when it comes to maintaining a high-profile marriage.
