Real Madrid fans are happy to see Eduardo Camavinga and Aurelien Tchouameni start together in the midfield for their La Liga clash against Valencia on May 21.

While Barca have already won La Liga, Ancelotti's team are keen to secure the second spot and finish the season in a strong manner. Fans are very happy to see Camavinga and Tchouameni start together the in the middle of the park at the Mestalla.

Both players have been crucial for the team this season. Camavinga has made 55 appearances across competitions. However, he has often played as a left-back. Tchouameni, on the other hand, has made 46 appearances since joining from AS Monaco last summer.

Thibaut Courtois starts in goal for Real Madrid against Valencia. Lucas Vasquez, Eder Militao, Antonio Rudiger, and Ferland Mendy are the four defenders. Camavinga, Tchouameni, and Dani Ceballos form the midfield. Meanwhile, Marco Asensio, Karim Benzema, and Vinicius Junior start in the attack.

It's been a rarity that both French players have partnered in the middle of the park. Hence, fans are excited for that to happen as one of them wrote on Twitter:

"This means more than a trophy."

Another fan claimed:

"The only reason to watch."

Here are some of the best Twitter reactions after Real Madrid's lineup against Valencia was announced:

Real Madrid enter the clash against Valencia on the back of the defeat to Manchester City

Real Madrid were picked apart in their previous game against Manchester City in the second leg of the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League. They lost 4-0 at the Etihad, losing 5-1 on aggregate.

Los Blancos' hopes of winning the Champions League twice in a row came to an end as a result. They have also lost the La Liga and the Supercopa de Espana to Barcelona. Hence, they end the season with only the Copa del Rey trophy, FIFA Club World Cup, and the UEFA Supercup.

Ahead of the clash against Valencia at Mestalla, Carlo Ancelotti was asked about his team's aim for the remainder of the season. The Italian manager told the media (via Los Blancos' official website):

“The team is ready and we have all the players available. We want to get back into a positive dynamic and tomorrow we have the chance to do things right. The aim is to finish the season strongly and Valencia are fighting with all their soul."

He added:

"We have to be ready and we will be. We'll put out the best possible team because almost everyone has recovered well. We rested well and the team is in good shape physically."

With city rivals Atletico Madrid breathing down the neck, Real Madrid can't afford any slip-ups if they want to finish second in La Liga. Ancelotti's side have 71 points from 34 games, one more than Atleti with a game in hand.
