Pep Guardiola to manage Manchester City?

Chelsea’s Italian coach Roberto Di Matteo (L) shakes hands with Barcelona’s coach Josep Guardiola before the UEFA Champions League second leg semi-final football match Barcelona against Chelsea at the Cam Nou stadium in Barcelona on April 24, 2012.

After being linked with Manchester United and Chelsea all summer, Pep Guardiola has reportedly agreed terms with English side Manchester City.

It is believed that the former Barcelona manager has held talks with Manchester City sports chief Txiki Begiristain, and is looking to sign a pre-deal.

FIFA agent Francois Gallardo was found talking to a Spanish radio channel about the Pep being Manicini’s potential replacement at City.

“Guardiola has a pre-deal to be the next manager of Manchester City. No matter if Milan or whoever make offers to him,” said Gallardo.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich recently failed to lure the Spanish manager to Stamford Bridge after Roberto Di Matteo was sacked.

Jose Mourinho is the other contender to take over the City hot seat this summer, reported the SUN.
