Despite their domination, Chelsea failed to put the ball into the back of the net and the onus was on Tammy Abraham to bail them out once again. The Englishman has been the Blues' talisman this season and became the second player this season to reach double figures for goals, when his second-half strike put him level with Jamie Vardy in the race for the Golden Boot.
Abraham set himself up brilliantly with his first-touch, after being played through on goal by Willian and the 22-year-old converted emphatically to put his side ahead. Frank Lampard's side piled on the pressure in the second half and Abraham put the finishing touches to a well-worked move.
