#3 Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) - £135.0M

Mohamed Salah, like Kevin De Bruyne, is a player Chelsea will still regret having sold so soon after they bought him. The Blues sold Salah to Roma back in 2016 for £13M, only for Liverpool to sign him a year later for £35M. Many fans were surprised that the Reds had taken him in after he'd struggled so much in the Premier League before, but this time was very different.

Salah would go on to break the Premier League record for the most goals scored in a 38-game season, surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo's feat of 31 goals, by scoring 32. Since then, he has developed and become even better than before, which few thought was even possible. Now, Salah is widely regarded as one of the best attacking players in the world.

I can't see him moving from Anfield to another team anytime soon, either. Liverpool are a side who have only recently won the Champions League, and are now set to win the Premier League title. So it's safe to say that they'll probably keep hold of their star player for another couple of years.
