Sadio Mane, the new number 10 at Liverpool, and Roberto Pereyra, Watford's new talisman were top scorers in game week 1. Mane was instrumental in their 4-0 thrashing of West Ham, netting twice in his 81 minutes on the field. Elsewhere, Pereyra got both of Watford's strikes in the 86 minutes he performed.
This, of course, got them 2 points each which is nothing compared to the 10 apiece attained by scoring a brace. Furthermore, Mane and Pereyra were top of the bonuses for their games, getting three each. Added to the 2 points for playing most of the match, both attackers landed 16 points in total.
