Arsenal manager Unai Emery revealed a few days ago that the Gunners can only sign players on loan deals in this market. It gave one an idea as to what the Londoners are looking for in the market.

And now, Independent claim that the Londoners are trying to bring James Rodriguez to the Emirates on a loan deal. The Colombian is at Bayern Munich on a loan deal and will be back at the Bernabeu at the end of the season with the Galacticos desperate to sell him.

Meanwhile, Newcastle youngster Elias Sorensen has completed a loan move to Blackpool, following the footsteps of Sean Longstaff, who did the same last season.

“I’m excited to see what it brings. Hopefully, I can get a few games in League One and show what I’m capable of,” Sorensen was quoted as saying.
