Kante deserves all the money he earns at Chelsea.

There are few players at Chelsea who earn a £120,000 per week salary, but Kante is chosen simply because of his importance in the team. The Frenchman started his Premier League career with Leicester City in 2015. In his debut campaign with the Foxes, he won the Premier League and was an integral part of the squad. There were many matches where Leicester dug out a 1-0 victory, and Kante got credit for the work he did in front of the defenders.
