#3 Mateo Kovacic (7.56)

Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic is currently the third-best player in the Premier League, as per WhoScored ratings. His last appearance this season came on October 26th against Southampton in the EFL Cup, since when he has been struggling with a hamstring injury and COVID-19. But his performances in the initial part of the season have him third on the list.
