Premier League club Manchester United, throughout the summer of 2020-21, were strongly linked with Jadon Sancho. However, the deal could never be found, and Manchester United ended up with a relatively unknown teenager from Atalanta.

Many fans asked: Who is Amad Diallo, and why is Manchester United spending millions on him?

Diallo may not have shown the exact degree of his talents yet, but one can observe his talent from a very small sample for Manchester United and Ivory Coast.

He operates traditionally on the right-wing and exhibits terrific control, great dribbling as well as the ability to take on any defender. While Diallo is still a few years away from becoming a Premier League regular, there is no doubt over the fact that he has what it takes to be one.

#2 Valentino Livaramento

One of the biggest reasons for Premier League giants Chelsea's desperate attempt to renew Harvey Vale is not to repeat what happened Valentino Livaramento.

Like Vale, Livaramento is a great talent that came up through Chelsea's academy. However, the full-back wasn't sure about the pathway to break into the first team, especially due to the presence of Reece James.

So, Livaramento did what Tariq Lamptey, another talented footballer, had done in the previous season. He made a switch to fellow Premier League side Southampton.

Regular opportunities at Southampton have ensured swift and further development for Livaramento. He has quickly transitioned from a talented right-back into someone who is rated highly in the Premier League now.

#1 Harvey Elliot

If Real Madrid and Liverpool, two giants of European football, are interested in a 16-year-old, it can only mean that the player in the discussion has to be insanely talented.

Harvey Elliot is no ordinary talent as he grabbed the eye of the footballing world for Fulham even before signing a senior contract. It was Liverpool who managed to get the coveted signature of the much-wanted teenager.

The 2021-22 Premier League campaign looked like Elliot's breakthrough against all expectations. He started games regularly as Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp fielded the youngster in the middle of the pitch.

The idea was to utilize his pace, guile and creativity to offer something different to the other central midfielders at Liverpool.

Sadly, Elliot faces time on the sidelines as he recovers from a nasty injury. Now the entire footballing world will hope that the injury does not have any lasting impact. Elliot can truly reach a world-class category if his development can continue in the same fashion post his recovery from injury.
