#3 Maxwel Cornet

Sean Dyche and Burnley's 4-4-2 playing style in the Premier League is little about glamor, grace and more about the rugged character of the team. The Clarets are a team that likes to play with great physicality and loves to assert their powers in the air. As such, the entry of Maxwel Cornet into a team like this was always going to be a very exciting proposition.

The former Lyon man has so far emerged as one of the bargains of the season and has delivered match-winning performances. In every game that Cornet has scored, Burnley have come out with some crucial points and for a side sitting in the relegation zone, they have been valuable.

He scored a stunning volley in his first start for the Clarets away at Leicester City. His brace at Southampton ensured that Burnley earned a draw. The Ivorian also struck at Turf Moor when Sean Dyche's team beat Brentford. On the left wing, Cornet's pace has been worrisome for any full-back that has come against him.

The left-footed player is a furious striker of the ball and Burnley have missed a winger of his quality for a long time. His ability to take on defenders has been crucial to his success in the final third and his dazzling footwork is a treat to watch.

Of Burnley's 11 goals in the Premier League, four have been scored by Cornet in just six matches. There is no doubt that come the end of the season, he could be the difference between Burnley's relegation and survival.

#2 Aaron Ramsdale

Ramsdale's performances in the Premier League have earned him an England call-up

Just how most Arsenal fans have taken a U-turn after being bewildered by the signing of Aaron Ramsdale is proof of how much he's improved the Gunners. The start to life at the Emirates has been so good for the English goalkeeper that he is already being compared to David Seaman.

It felt unjustifiable to most when the goalkeeper, who had faced Premier League relegation with AFC Bournemouth and Sheffield United, first arrived at the Emirates. He could possibly have brought that jinx to an already struggling Arsenal team. But what Ramsdale brought was tenacity, passion, character and an undying spirit.

Arsenal's defense looks much more lively than it ever did in the past few years in the Premier League. There is great communication, fist bumps, shouting at one another and at the center of it all is Ramsdale. The new Gunner is vocal, makes his presence felt and has given them a great psychological advantage in tense situations.

But that's not all. His performances on the field between the sticks have proved why no one misses Emi Martinez anymore. Arteta likes his team to play from the back and Ramsdale's distribution from the back has been immaculate. He has played 46 accurate long balls in the Premier League, a number many midfielders can't manage so easily.

Only Ederson and Edouard Mendy (6) have kept more clean sheets in the Premier League than Ramsdale (5) and the latter has played two games less. In eight games he has conceded just four goals and made 25 saves. He kept James Maddison's free-kick out against Leicester with the save of the season so far. Safe to say, he looks like a great investment.

#1 Conor Gallagher

Gallagher has made a real difference for Crystal Palace

You know a gem when you see one and that Conor Gallagher is going places is a fact that's not going to stay hidden any longer. The Chelsea loanee has garnered praise and more praise after each of his performances in the Premier League. He has looked like a confident and well rounded central midfielder who can play both in offensive and defensive roles.

Gallagher has been the focal point for Crystal Palace whenever they look to move the ball up the pitch. The 21-year old has adjusted well to the intensity of the Premier League after last year's loan spell with West Brom. Patrick Vieira is using his huge reserves of stamina and workrate to help him press higher and make run-ins from the deep.

He has made 65 recoveries in the middle of the park and that shows the willingness and the hunger to get his team back on the front foot. Gallagher has already scored four goals and provided two assists in 10 Premier League appearances for the Eagles. He also has the fifth-most shot creating actions in the Premier League this season.

On the defensive front as well, he has blocked five shots, made seven interceptions and made a total of 13 clearances. The midfielder has been everywhere on the pitch, helping Vieira's team come out on top. Crystal Palace fans adore him and his performances in the Premier League have seen him win the Eagles' Player of the Month award twice.
