#2 Arsenal vs CSKA Moscow

Arsenal have their swagger back
Arsenal have their swagger back

Perhaps the most lopsided of the matches in the quarter-finals, Arsenal have their names written all over on this while the comprehensive victory over AC Milan in the last 16 should further fan the theory.

The Gunners have regained a measure of confidence since as their season threatened to disintegrate spectacularly after a run of four consecutive defeats prior to the trip to Milan. But Luxo the lamp is shining again, and Arsene Wenger is a smiling man once more.

To broaden it a bit more, they now take on a struggling Moscow outfit who are third in the Russian league and have hobbled their way here. Even if CSKA does possess a better head-to-head record by a win and a draw in their only meetings before, that came way back in 2006 in the Champions League and seems a distant memory by the events that have succeeded.

Arsenal should nick this one without much fuss.
