Diego Costa was the attacking focal point of two Premier League-winning sides at Chelsea.

The former Spain international joined the Blues in 2014 from Atletico Madrid and became an instant hit, scoring 20 goals to help the club win the Premier League under Jose Mourinho.

Chelsea endured a mixed campaign the following season but Costa still scored 16 goals in all competitions.

The 2016-17 season proved to be successful for both club and player and Costa once again rose to the occasion with 22 goals in all competitions to help the club win another Premier League title under Antonio Conte.

Things, however, went sour after that and Costa was told his services were no longer at Chelsea needed via an infamous text message.

Costa's career has been blighted by several on-field and off-field issues but that takes nothing away from his successful career in the colors of Chelsea.

He's currently a free-agent following a lackluster second spell at Atletico Madrid.

His move proved to be beneficial for the west London outfit as he spent seven highly successful seasons at Stamford Bridge.

The Brazilian was one of the most important players at the club throughout his stay at Chelsea. He won five major trophies with the club, scoring 63 goals from 339 goals in all competitions.

He joined Chelsea's London rivals Arsenal on a free transfer in the summer of 2020.

Eden Hazard was Chelsea's talisman for seven seasons and he played his way into being one of the greatest players in the club's history.

The Belgium international joined the Blues as a highly-rated prospect from Lille in the summer of 2012 and he soon became one of the standout players in the Premier League.

His time at Stamford Bridge saw him make 352 appearances in all competitions, scoring 110 goals, while he also won six major trophies.

He was also immensely successful on an individual level, including winning the PFA Player of the Year award and the inaugural Playmaker award.

His final game in the colors of Chelsea was the final of the 2019 Europa League final which was won against Arsenal.

Hazard joined Real Madrid for a reported fee of €100 million in the summer of 2019, but is yet to hit the ground running in Spain.
