Bayern calling!

Luka Modric had a good game against Barcelona. However, Zidane believes it's time for the club to replace him with a young midfielder. The manager believes that the Croatian's lack of pace is responsible for Casemiro's need to make reckless challenges.

Bayern Munich are reportedly the team interested in signing the star midfielder. The Germans want him to replace Xabi Alonso, who has announced his retirement from professional football. Los Blancos are said to be demanding £27 million for the playmaker who turns 32 this summer.

Madrid are targeting Marco Verratti as Modric's replacement and will be doing all they can to get him in the summer. Barcelona and Chelsea are also interested in signing him, and thus, the price will only increase from the £70 million initially demanded by PSG.
