Hello and welcome to the Real Madrid transfer news for the day! Here are the top stories surrounding the Galacticos for the night!

#3 Inda makes Isco claim

Spanish journalist Eduardo Inda has claimed that Real Madrid midfielder Isco has interest from Manchester City. The Spaniard has lost his place in the starting XI of the Galacticos and it seems as though Santiago Solari trusts the youngsters much more than him.

As a result, a move out of the Bernabeu has been touted for the former Malaga man and according to Inda, Isco received a call from Manchester City assistant manager Mikel Arteta, who asked him if he wanted to move to the Etihad.

"Everyone knows that Guardiola loves Isco and 10 days ago or less, a person of absolute confidence of the coach called Isco and asked if he, at this time, would be willing to take the step to go to the City,” he said.

“The person who called him was Mikel Arteta.”

Inda then went on to claim that the Merengues don’t seem to require the player as they are willing to use him as a swap card to bring either Eden Hazard or Kevin De Bruyne. Furthermore, he stated that the Malagan has lost the trust of his peers in the dressing room at the Santiago Bernabeu.

"Madrid are going to try and put Isco in the operation for Hazard or in a possible operation for De Bruyne. In the Bernabéu, they say that he is not for sale, but I believe that it is not the case due to the disaffection with the dome, the coach and the costumes.

“The core of the dressing room is not with Isco because they consider that he is going free and is out of shape."

#2 Hazard forcing Madrid move

Hazard to Madrid is a big possibility
Hazard to Madrid is a big possibility

Eden Hazard’s love story with Real Madrid has dragged for far too long for anyone’s liking. The Belgian has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu ever since he displayed his ultimate class at the World Cup.

To further fuel the stories, Cristiano Ronaldo also left shortly after Portugal’s World Cup campaign ended. And if that wasn’t enough fuel for the fire to rise, the former Lille’s constant words about how much he loves the Blancos surely did the trick.

Oh wait, and then there is his contract situation – it ends in the summer of 2020.

So now, it seems like he is almost destined to move the Bernabeu and according to reports, Chelsea are actually willing to sell him for a lesser price than risk him leaving for nothing.

In fact, the ‘lesser’ price quoted is exactly £100 million.

#1 All about Eriksen

Eriksen eyed by Madrid

Christian Eriksen seems to be the new flavor at the Santiago Bernabeu for the past few weeks. The Spurs star’s contract ends in 2020, which means he would have just a year left on his current deal with the Londoners in the summer of 2019.

And that means that he would be available for a bargain as, otherwise, the Lilywhites risk losing him on a free transfer in the summer of 2020. Madrid realise this and, as a result, have eyed a move for him, with AS claiming that Spurs chairman Daniel Levy won’t be very hard to negotiate with this time.

Meanwhile, Don Balon take it a step further as they claim that Tottenham would like to have Gareth Bale back in their team. Madrid, however, rate the Welshman at €120 million and want Spurs to pay €30 million plus the Dane midfielder for Bale.
