According to the German media outlet, Bild, Chelsea is eyeing a summer move for Serbian striker, Luka Jovic, who is currently enjoying a successful campaign on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
According to the report, The Blues have already tabled an offer worth €45 million to secure the services of the highly-rated centre-forward in the summer.

Spanish giants, FC Barcelona, have been linked with the Frankfurt man and according to the news from Spain, the Catalans have agreed on personal terms with the striker for a potential summer move.
