Santos star Neymar admits to Chelsea interest

Brazil Unveils New Uniform

Brazilian wonder kid Neymar has revealed that he is interested in a move to Europe and that Premier League giants Chelsea is one of the clubs he would like to join.

The 21 year old is one of the biggest names in world football, and should the Santos sensation decide to leave the club, there is likely to be an utterly chaotic scramble to sign him. Neymar has said that he would consider leaving Santos only after the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Sources have confirmed that Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are the fore runners in the race to sign the wonder kid. Premier League champions Manchester City is also another club that is looking to sign Neymar.

Neymar said that it would be nothing short of a dream to play for an European champion, and it looks like that rumours of his future club will continue to rumble on until he actually makes his decision.

He told Esporte Espetacular, “I dream of playing in Europe, for a big club like Barcelona, Real Madrid and Chelsea. Who wouldn’t dream about playing alongside [Lionel] Messi, Xavi [Hernandez] and [Andres] Iniesta? They’re all great players.” said the Brazilian star. He then went on to say “I don’t know where I would fit in if I joined Barca, but I know my place is at Santos right now. There’s no point in speculating when I’ll leave Santos. I’ll leave when I want to.”
