Theo Walcott to star for Manchester United?

Manchester United have joined the race to sign Arsenal’s Theo Walcott, in a move similar to Robin Van Persie’s switch last year.

Sir Alex Ferguson seems to be keen on getting the England winger along with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea.

Walcott is not ready to sign a five-year deal with the Gunners worth £75,000 a week, and it is said that he is ready to stay, provided he gets a deal worth £100,000 a week.

Should Walcott leave Arsenal, he would definitely go for table toppers Manchester United. There is also a possibility of Arsene Wenger making a swap deal with Red Devils to sign Nani.

Chelsea, City and Liverpool might be interested for the Gunners’ forward, but with United entering the race, there could be a change in the scenario. Walcott has just six months left to run on his deal and he could be available for as little as £8 million.
