#1 Eden Hazard

The Belgium international is enjoying scintillating form at the moment and his stats back that up - scoring seven goals and creating eight assists in 15 Premier League matches this term.
Chelsea's number ten is always at the heart of everything the Blues construct in attack under Sarri and unsurprisingly, won the Player of the Month accolade for September.
The 27-year-old has been in west London since 2012, just like Azpilicueta. He has made 223 appearances in England's top-flight for them, scoring 76 goals and creating 54 assists in total. He has won their Player of the Year award in three separate seasons and was also the PFA Young Player of the Season in 2013/14.
To date, he has won two Premier League titles with the Blues while also helping his team win the Europa League during his first campaign there in 2012/13. He was Belgium's star performer at this summer's World Cup in Russia, as they achieved a best-ever third-placed finish.
