PSV Eindhoven
PSV have been in shadow of Ajax in recent years and will be looking to get back to the top of the Eredivisie. PSV have always been an attacking force and will always play with the Dutch swagger of passing and moving with purpose. Sinclair would fit into the PSV system and would find the Eredivisie a good test of his abilities.
PSV have already got themselves Kerim Rekik from Man City and this may help with the process as the links are clearly good terms as City would have rejected any move for any of their players.
