2. Dejan Kulusevski (Atalanta - Juventus): £30 million

Dejan Kulusevski has the potential to become a devastating player in the future and that made Juventus fork out over £30 million on the young Swedish midfielder in the early stages of the January transfer window. Although on loan at Parma, the player is set to join the Italian champions in the summer.
Coming through the ranks at the prestigious Atalanta academy, the midfielder has incredible physical strength and covers every blade of grass on the pitch. The young Swede is a versatile player who can also play on the wings and behind the striker.
According to his previous coaches, the player has everything to make it to the top - strength, stamina, a good range of passing but his sudden turn of pace perhaps is the greatest weapon in his arsenal.
1. Bruno Fernandes (Sporting CP - Manchester United): £55 million

The long, drawn-out transfer saga finally came to its conclusion when Bruno Fernandes signed for Manchester United on deadline day. The Red Devils paid an initial £55 million plus £25 million in possible bonuses to prise the Portuguese international away from Sporting Lisbon.
The midfielder's major trait is his creative prowess, something which has been missing for a long time in United's midfield. The midfielder displayed impressive numbers in the Portuguese league scoring and assisting over 40 goals last season.
Although it remains to be seen how good his performance will be in the Premier League, the signing of the former Sporting midfielder surely is a step in the right direction for the Manchester giants in their quest to reclaim their status as one of England's best.
