Thiago Silva scored the all-important goal that sealed PSG’s progress at Chelsea’s cost

Chelsea went out to Paris Saint-Germain on away goals at the round-of-16 stage of the Champions League after they drew the match 2-2 at Stamford Bridge. The match finished 3-3 on aggregate.

PSG were very brave, and in general, the better team, despite having to play all but 31 minutes of the match with 10 men, after Zlatan Ibrahimovic was sent off for a tackle on Oscar. The Frenchmen fought back twice, through headers from Luiz and Silva, after Cahill and Hazard had given Chelsea the advantage.
