Just a day after beating Paris St. Germain 1-0 in a friendly match in Gothenburg, Sweden on Saturday, the Real Madrid squad touched down in Los Angeles.
Real Madrid are in the United States to take part in the Guinness International Champions Cup, an eight-team pre-season competition involving teams from Spain, Italy and England, plus LA Galaxy, who will be flying the flag for the USA.
The tournament got going on Saturday, with AC Milan of Italy beating Valencia on their home ground in Spain 2-1. However, that will be the only game played outside of the United States. Six venues across the country will play host to the likes of Chelsea, Juventus and Inter Milan as well as Valencia, Real, Everton and Milan.
The final takes place in the Sun Life Stadium in Florida on August 7th.
