Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is live and kicking. As always, the developers have added in some quests and challenges that can be completed to level up the in-game Battle Pass. Given that this season will continue until early-March, there's a lot of time to reach seasonal level 200 and unlock all cosmetic rewards.
In addition to daily, weekly, and storyline challenges and quests, players can also reach or complete certain milestones. Although they don't offer as much XP as other types of challenges, they are repeatable in nature.
To elaborate, each milestone has 20 stages to complete, and each stage offers 6,000 experience points. Upon completing a certain number of stages across all milestones, players will earn bonus XP as well. With that said, here's the list of all milestones in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1.

Complete list of Milestones in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 as of v23.00
As of update v23.00, there are a total of 10 milestones in Chapter 4 Season 1. They range from simple tasks such as sprinting to simply outlasting opponents and staying alive until the end of a match. Here is the list:
- Travel distance while sprinting (5,000)
- Travel distance in vehicle (5,000)
- Tame or hunt wildlife (20)
- Search chests or ammo boxes (75)
- Restore health (1,000)
- Outlast players (750)
- Gain shields (1,000)
- Eliminate opponents (25)
- Damage opponens (4,500)
- Activate augments (25)
Considering that there were a total of 18 milestones in Chapter 3 Season 4, more will likely be added this season as it progresses. With that said, the best way to complete all the milestones is by organically playing the BR mode or Team Rumble.
While most of them will be completed passively, some like "tame or hunt wildlife" and "activate augments" will take a bit of an active effort. Nevertheless, for those who play on a regular basis, completing at least 10 stages of all milestones by the end of December 2022 will not be challenging in the least.
Total XP earned by completing all 10 milestones in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1
With the current number of milestones present in-game as of v23.00, players can earn roughly about 1,200,000 XP by completing all of them. This is without taking into consideration the bonus XP that can be earned every five and ten stages that have been completed.
The aforementioned experience points translate roughly to 15 seasonal levels in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. Those who own the Battle Pass can use the Battle Stars that they've earned from leveling up to unlock cosmetic items in-game.
While milestones do offer a considerable amount of XP, players will have to complete other set tasks in-game to reach level 200 in the ongoing season. Nevertheless, milestones do help by contributing XP in their own little way.
