Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 leaks: Futuristic bike, Battle Pass skins, and more

Epic Games has released the first batch of teasers for the upcoming season of Fortnite, which will launch in just a few hours. Meanwhile, leakers and dataminers are more active than ever, having disclosed possible Battle Pass costumes and the names of key cosmetic items players can obtain once the season goes online on March 10, 2023.

This week, loopers learned exciting details about the forthcoming season, including the long-awaited reintroduction of the Pump Shotgun and the addition of the legendary POI Lucky Landing.

Furthermore, various new exotic items and Reality Augments will be introduced to the loot pool in the upcoming season, allowing players to immerse themselves in a futuristic experience. Although the hashtag #FortniteMega trended along with a speculated logo teased on social media, recent leaks also revealed the name of the forthcoming season to be MEGA.

Dataminers and leakers have decoded key information from the official teasers and published a Battle Pass leak that reveals all about the forthcoming Fortnite season. This came after today's revelation of the official debut date of Chapter 4 Season 2.

Futuristic bikes, Thunder skin, and more leaked ahead of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 release

With the official release of teaser trailers for the next season of Fortnite, leakers and dataminers can effectively decrypt specific aspects contained inside the disclosures. Among those were a few pictures of what the community took as a futuristic bike that will appear as a vehicle on the upcoming island.

Well-known leaker HYPEX has debunked this theory, telling players instead that the bike is a glider and would be a reward for unlocking a Battle Pass tier. To solidify their claim, HYPEX and another well-known dataminer, Shiina, have disclosed a page from the Battle Pass that shows a long-anticipated cosmetic item.

In the aftermath of the latest wave of teasers that introduced "Lizard Man," the character's name has now been revealed to be "Thunder." A teaser photograph from Fortnite on its Instagram page indicated this by including the above words in the Japanese script.

The Thunder costume, included in the Distant Roar spray that players received for free this season after completing Cipher Quests, was also confirmed to be included on Page 5 of the upcoming season's Battle Pass. Next to the skin in the leaked image is the futuristic bike glider that will be a part of Thunder's cosmetic set in-game.

After appearing in a series of visual teasers on the official Fortnite Instagram page, more cosmetic items, including a pickaxe, spray, and back bling for Thunder, were revealed. The back bling is a neon sign, as seen in the video teaser at the Japanese restaurant, and the pickaxe looks to be a single-wield bone-style ax.

As the new season launches on March 10, 2023, players will have access to the latest Battle Pass, allowing them to earn the long-awaited Thunder outfit and corresponding cosmetics after they hit Level 26 and unlock all of Page 5.

With the most recent leak appearing on social media not too long ago, speculation over a tier 100 cosmetic has reached a fever pitch. One of Fortnite's Instagram teases showed off the Kimono Lady, who, along with a Wing Glider and a Japanese fan pickaxe set, can be unlocked on the last page of the Battle Pass.

Moreover, as players near the end of their journey on the current Chapter 4 Season 1 island, which has created a strange crimson rift in the sky, Epic continues to disseminate the teasers progressively throughout its social media.

However, leakers have claimed they will uncover more cosmetics as the teasers drop.
