Fortnite FNCS 2024 Global Championship: Where to watch, timings, and more

With less than a week to go, the excitement surrounding the Fortnite FNCS 2024 Global Championship is off the charts. The world's best duos earned their spots in this event by consistently topping Major online tournaments throughout the FNCS 2024 season. The top 50 duos will be competing at the final LAN of the year, for a life-changing prize pool of $2 million.

When and where to watch the Fortnite FNCS 2024 Global Championship

1) Where to watch

All the official broadcast links for Fortnite FNCS 2024 are mentioned on the official website. You can opt to watch it in both English and Portuguese on the following platforms:

Apart from this, there will be various unofficial watch parties on both YouTube and Twitch in other languages. However, do note that there could be a small mismatch in timing from one broadcast to another.

If you are in the United States and want to watch the LAN event in person, the Fortnite FNCS 2024: Global Championship will be hosted at the Dickies Arena in Forth Worth, Texas. Tickets for the event are available on the official Fortnite website, starting from $61.

2) Tournament timings

The Fortnite FNCS 2024 Global Championship is a two-day tournament starting on September 7, 2024, and concluding the very next day. The official timings for both days are:

Arena door opens: 11 AM Eastern Time
Pre-show: 12 PM Eastern Time

The matches usually start an hour after the pre-show. Considering this, the start time of the main event should be 1 PM Eastern Time.

Visa denials spark controversy for pros in Fortnite FNCS 2024 Global Championship

Many Fortnite fans were upset when some of the most popular professionals could not make it to the Global Championship due to denied visas.

In response, fans and popular content creators alike have demanded that future FNCS tournaments be hosted outside the United States. Many also believe that the players who couldn't attend the tournament should be compensated. Epic Games has yet to address the matter.
