Grim Gables, Willow's Haunt, and Knowby Cabin are three of the spookiest landmarks in Fortnite at the moment. The first two are home to NPC bosses, while the third is where Ash Williams has decided to camp on the island. Sadly, once the spooky season comes to an end, these landmarks will likely be removed or receive a makeover.

Before this happens at the end of the month, Epic Games wants players to visit these locations and break out into song and dance. Those who manage to complete this trivial challenge will earn 15,000 XP. That said, here's how to complete it in a single match.

How to dance while Chromed at Grim Gambles, Knowby Cabin or Willow's Haunt in Fortnite - A step-by-step guide

1) Choose the prefered landing location

Since this challenge can be completed in three different locations, players are free to choose as they see fit. That said, ensuring that the landing goes well will make all the difference.

Those planning to emote at Grim Gables should land at the nearby Sunflower's Saplings landmark. For players wanting to emote at Knowby Cabin or Willow's Haunt, landing at the edge of the Reality Tree is their safest option.

2) Secure basic loot and Chrome Splash

The reason for landing at these respective POIs is because they are covered in Chrome. Players can easily obtain Chrome Splash in these locations by destroying structures made out of Chrome.

Once on the ground, in addition to Chrome, basic loot has to be secured as well. Since other players will be attempting to complete the same challenge for XP, it's best to go in prepared. That said, an AR and shotgun alongside healing supplies should do the trick. As for Chrome Splash, one or two of the consumables should be sufficient.

3) Go to the location and emote

Once geared up, carefully approach the respective destinations (Grim Gables, Knowby Cabin or Willow's Haunt) and use Chrome Splash. Find a safe spot and choose an emote to perform. Apart from Willow's Haunt, players will be able to safely emote inside the building that's present at the location.

That said, those heading towards Grim Gables will find safety in the cornfield. Since they obscure visibility, emoting inside them will be the safest option. This will ensure that snipers in any surrounding hills will not be able to take a clean headshot.

Which is the best location to emote at for this challenge?

Given the layout of the map, while this might sound ironic, Grim Gables is the best location for this challenge. Taking into consideration that players will have to find Chrome Splash at the Reality Tree before heading to Willow's Haunt or Knowby Cabin, it becomes a risk since the location is a hot-drop zone.

On the other hand, Sunflower's Saplings is a relatively quiet POI that rarely sees action during the early-game. Although there's not a lot of loot to be found in the area, it is much safer than the Reality Tree. Players can effortlessly find Chrome Splash here and then use a vehicle to rotate to Grim Gables and emote.
