So far, there has only been one teaser and trailer showcased for Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2. While neither reveals the extent of the content that players can expect to see in the game, they do show off the island and the fleeting glances of POIs.

It seems that the Red Rift that was opened by the Rift Gate has brought in pieces of an island from some other reality. That said, it remains to be seen how many POIs have been added/removed/modified on the map this season.

Mega City and four other POIs that players can expect to see on the island in Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2

1) Mega City

The largest of the POIs showcased on the map in Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2 is called Mega City. As seen in the teasers and newly released cinematic trailer, the POI is massive. If Neo Tilted is large, this is perhaps three times its size.

Akin to some of the cities found in Cyberpunk 2077, Mega City is brimming with life. Neon signs, high-rise buildings, and futuristic paraphernalia can be found on every street corner.

With the introduction of the Omni-Directional Mobility Gear from Attack on Titan, players will be able to effortlessly navigate their way (much like Spider-Man) through the cityscape.

2) Steamy Springs

Although Epic Games did tease the existence of a POI called Steamy Springs, it's unclear how it will look in the game. Since the naming scheme of things doesn't always line up with what it looks like, it's hard to guess.

That said, the Steam Springs POI in Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2 could be a casual POI for players to visit in-game. It could feature hot springs, trees, and a pool of bubbling water for aesthetic purposes.

3) Dojo/Lucky Landing 2.0

As seen in the Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2 cinematic trailer, a structure similar to those found in the Lucky Landing POI will be present on the island. While it may not be exactly like Lucky Landing, it does showcase some similarities.

Since Epic Games has been working on a POI similar to the ones from the 'OG' days, this may be it. However, for the time being, there's no way to confirm this fact. As mentioned earlier, when it comes to the metaverse, looks can be deceiving.

4) Cherry Blossom Biome

With Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2 being Japanese-themed, it was obvious that Epic Games would add cherry blossoms to the game. While a few would have sufficed, it seems its developers went overboard (not that anyone would mind) and added in an entire biome filled with cherry blossoms.

Players will be able to harvest these trees for materials as well as drive through the biome to take in the scenic view. On the flip side of things, given the amount of foliage, it's a great place to lay an ambush.

5) Kenjutsu Crossroads

Every Fortnite Chapter has a POI with the suffix 'Crossroads.' In Fortnite Mega Chapter 4 Season 2, things are no different.

Called Kenjutsu Crossroads, this area will likely be a major POI found at the main intersection on the island. It will likely feature a fueling station, convenience stores, perhaps a Holo-Chest, and other types of loot.

Vehicles might spawn here as well, but then again, given that they work on the principle of random number generation, it all depends on the player's luck.
