Fortnite survey skins disclose never-before-seen 'The Last Reality' member

Leakers recently uncovered a treasure trove of survey skins for Fortnite. Given the community's involvement with character and skin creation, seeing more of them is always a welcome sight. With survey skins, it's always a mixed bag of anticipation. However, the exact skins coming into the game and their prospective drop date is up to speculation for now.

According to some lore-keepers, such as FNChiefAko, the new survey skin could be another member of The Last Reality. Keep in mind that this is a hypothesis. While this may seem outlandish to some, players would recall that The Origin was initially a survey skin.

Last Reality's newest member could be another concept skin in Fortnite

Much like the Cube Queen and The Origin's design, this speculated Last Reality skin/character looks very similar. A bright blue flame glows above its head and shares the same symbolic design elements as other members of The Last Reality.

Given that this faction within the metaverse is vast, there's no telling how many more members are out there. Much like The Herald, this skin/character, too, could become an antagonist for some future seasons.

Another theory suggests that this skin/character may be the first look at The Nothing. Per speculation, this entity gives certain characters their chrome powers and abilities. Since there's no face associated with the entity, this may be the first look at it.

Nevertheless, currently, all of this is based on speculation. With Chapter 3 Season 4 advancing to the chrome phase, Epic Games has much left to reveal. More concrete information will likely become available at the start of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5.

What is The Last Reality?

In Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7, the community was introduced to The Last Reality. This faction consists of The Kymera, a species created by combining various DNA from unknown sources.

They have the most powerful fleet in the metaverse and can field armies that rival the power of the Imagined Order. When the invasion first began, the IO couldn't fight back.

Although powerful weapons such as Pulse Rifles and Rail Guns were made available, they were no match for Kymera's superior technology. It's no wonder Doctor Slone wanted to blow up their Mothership by all means necessary to stop the second phase of their invasion.

The Last Reality leader, Cube Queen, led the assault on reality in Chapter 2 Season 8. While she may have been defeated at the moment, the lore claims that she is plotting a return. Based on speculation, The Herald is ruling in her stead and overseeing another invasion until she's ready to return.

With The Seven defeated and The Paradigm retreating to her reality to seek help, the island is currently at the mercy of chrome and is slowly being consumed.

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 5 is bound to have a few surprises up its sleeves. Hopefully, a few will be revealed during the downtime or showcased in the upcoming live event for Chapter 3 Season 4.
