Fortnite: Where to purchase Weapons from Ace's Exotics or Ace's Armory Vending Machines

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is packed with unique challenges. Among the most recent ones is buying 10 items from a set of vending machines. That is reason enough to find the vending machines, but they're just as good for general use.

The Ace's Armory and Ace's Exotics vending machines carry good weapons. They are probably the simplest way to loot up or get an Exotic weapon, which is typically extremely rare.

If you want to open these new vending machines, here's how.

Fortnite Chapter 4: Finding Ace's Armory or Ace's Exotics

Step 1: Open Fortnite

The first step is to open the game up. You will need to download and install the update if it's not the latest version. Proceed from that point.

Step 2: Login and start a match

Once you log in, queue up a match: a Solo, Duo, Trio, Squad, or any Zero Build mode. This challenge is for Battle Royale, so any of them will suffice. However, this is not doable in Creative mode or Save the World.

Step 3: Drop into Faulty Splits

Faulty Splits will be a popular POI thanks to this challenge and the presence of the Cold Blooded NPCs. Nevertheless, drop in here, where the vending machines are. Try to avoid players and get to the machines quickly.

Step 4: Find a vending machine

Ace's Armory vending machines are found here and are a little more common than Ace's Exotics vending machines. That's fine because both vending machines will suffice. Once you're there, start the next step immediately since other players will likely try to do the same thing.

Step 5: Buy items

Fortunately, all you have to do is buy 10 things, which aren't necessarily individual items. You can buy explosives or a bunch of gas cans, which are the cheapest items. It might be helpful to buy good weapons, but all you need is 10 items, whatever they may be.

Ammo does not count for this challenge. It has to be items rather than just purchases, and they can be gas cans, the cheapest Fortnite items, or explosive throwables. It can also be any of the available weapons.

Keep in mind that the Ace's Armory vending machine will be a much cheaper option than the Ace's Exotics vending machine. Exotic weapons are far more expensive than even the weapons in the Armory machine.

Once you've made those purchases (which will likely cost you anywhere from 700 to 1000 Fortnite gold bars), you will have completed the quest. Keep in mind that items do sell out. Once other players buy them out, it'll be much harder for you to complete this task.
