How to send the test vessels through AMIE's Test Rift in Fortnite Chapter 4

After being officially released earlier this month, Fortnite's update v23.20 introduced several new items and quests for players to get back to the grind and progress through their Battle Pass. Furthermore, the highly anticipated Part 2 of Oathbound Quests were also added, moving the medieval storyline of Chapter 4 Season 1 forward.

These quests introduced players to a brand new character called Rift Warden Stellan, who was tasked by The Ageless Champion to build a Rift Gate that can act as a bridge to realities unknown. When loopers interacted with Stellan, he gave them a set of quests to gather equipment and build a Rift Gate for him.

However, The Seven's AI AMIE, who has been a trustworthy ally to loopers so far, intervened and questioned the motives of these medieval characters. AMIE then tasked players with testing out Stellan's Rift Gate by collecting objects from the island to use as AI test vessels. Here's a guide to help you send those vessels through AMIE's Test Rift in Fortnite Chapter 4 and complete the Oathbound Quest.

Fortnite Oathbound Quest Part 2 Stage 2 guide: Send the test vessels through AMIE's Test Rift

The second stage of Oathbound Quests requires players to send the test vessels that they collected in the previous phase through a Test Rift that AMIE has created using Stellan's tech. This further progresses the storyline of what loopers can find behind the gate once it's fully built.

To complete this particular quest from Part 2 of the questline, follow these simple steps:

1) Head to the Oathbound Quests Tab to find the location of the test vessels

To start off, open up the Quest tab on the sidebar and navigate to Oathbound Quests. Once you're there, click on the highlighted quest and navigate to the map, where you'll be able to see the marked location of the test vessels.

Upon looking at this map, you'll notice that the vessels are located in Brutal Bastion, one of the most visited POIs of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1. It would be wise to grab a weapon as soon as you land here and possibly hire a character to defend you as you complete this quest.

2) Locate the test vessels near the Landmark Flagpole and interact with them

Upon landing in the marked location, you'll be able to spot the three objects that you collected in the previous stage of the Oathbound Quest placed on a short pillar. For further reference, they can be found right next to the Landmark Flagpole that's located next to one another. Walk towards these objects and interact with all three of them one by one.

3) Complete interacting with all three vessels and watch the Test Rift glowing

After interacting with all three test vessels, you should be able to see the Test Rift glowing in pink as the vessels disappear. Once done, your quest will be completed, rewarding you with 20,000 XP.

Furthermore, AMIE will guide you through to the next stage of Oathbound Quests, where you will see how the Rift Gate works and carefully observe how the vessels were affected by Stellan's new tech. This should complete your Oathbound Quest in Fortnite's Chapter 4 Season 1, with the upcoming Part 3 dropping sometime next week.
