Crackshot's Cabin is back on the island for Fortnite Winterfest 2022. However, finding it is not an easy task. Since players are still discovering locations and removing the fog-of-war that covers most of the island, finding a tiny cabin is a tad difficult. That said, there is an easy way to locate Crackshot's Cabin.

To find this landmark with ease, players should look for a frozen body of water that's located far west of Brutal Bastion or northeast of Anvil Square. For those who know their way around the map, this landmark is called Icy Islets. Crackshot's Cabin can be found on the southern edge of the landmark.

While spotting the landmark from the air will be easy after a few tries, landing safely may be a bit harder. Although Crackshot's Cabin doesn't contain a lot of loot, it's filled to the brim with nostalgia. For this reason, a lot of players tend to land at the landmark while it's in Fortnite.

To safely land at the landmark, players need to ensure two things are in their favor. First, the Battle Bus' route has to be relatively far away from Crackshot's Cabin. Since most players choose to land in POIs and landmarks that are near the Battle Bus' route to loot up fast, most will ignore the cabin if it's far away.

Secondly, players need to check their landing angle and dive speed. Rather than diving head first to the landmark and having to hover over it before landing, players should dive in and around the landmark and glide towards it.

In this manner, players will be able to control their descent much better and land exactly in front of Crackshot's Cabin. Messing up this step will cause players to land either too far away from the intended drop-location or land late at the landmark.

In either situation, opponents may have beaten them to it and armed themselves with a decent loadout. Engaging them in combat will likely end badly for the player. If this scenario occurs, it's best to turn and glide to another location or rotate by sprinting and sliding.

While the landmark does hold nostalgic value in Fortnite, not much is there to be found. Aside from a few chests next to the Christmas tree and on the first floor, loot is very limited.

When playing duos, it's best to avoid the location altogether as there will not be enough loot for both players. It's far better to land in Fridgerburg, which is located to the west of Icy Islets. Although it's rather close to Anvil Square, it's a safe enough location for the early-game.

For solo Fortnite players, Crackshot's Cabin 'may' contain enough loot for the post-landing stages of the game. However, this all depends on luck. If the chests within the structure provide terrible loot, players will be forced to rotate in search of better items and weapons. That said, there's no harm in trying your luck at this historic landmark.
