On Monday, October 24, Epic released two new Fortnitemares 2022 quests. One of the quests requires players to purchase items from the NPC, but many are unsure where to find Curdle Scream Leader in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4.

The NPC can be somewhat tricky to find since he keeps moving over the island. However, the easiest way to locate him is to glide over the Research Lab Minotaur and the road that connects the lab to Tilted Towers.

Curdle Scream Leader can be found in this area, and you should be able to spot him while gliding. It appears that he spawns just outside of Tilted Towers. However, by the time the Battle Bus launches and players jump out, he moves to another spot.

The NPC usually covers the area marked in the image above. If you frequently land at Tilted Towers, you will be able to complete the new challenge without much effort.

To complete the challenge, you need to purchase two items from the NPC. Here is a list of the items Curdle Scream Leader sells:

• Hop Drop
• Pepper Mint
• Epic Pumpkin Launcher

The first two items are consumables, and they cost 100 Gold each. To complete the challenge, you simply need 200 Gold. However, if you have enemies around you, you should purchase the Pumpkin Launcher.

The explosive weapon costs 600 Gold, but you can use it to complete the other Fortnitemares 2022 challenges. Furthermore, you can use the weapon to quickly eliminate enemies as it deals more than 100 damage per hit.

Aside from purchasing two items from Curdle Scream Leader, you will also have to destroy 13 objects with the Pumpkin Launcher for the second Fortnitemares 2022 challenge.

Both of these challenges will also help you level up your Battle Pass as they grant 15,000 Season XP each. Furthermore, you can earn exclusive cosmetic items by completing all Fortnitemares 2022 challenges.

If you complete 25 quests during the event, you will unlock a new glider, a back bling, and a pickaxe. Additionally, you will receive an exclusive contrail and more than 200,000 XP in total.

Fortnitemares 2022 challenges expire on Tuesday, November 1. If you don't complete them by then, you will be unable to unlock these cosmetics, as they are exclusive to the Halloween event.
