Apple is reportedly set to launch a new M3 Mac

After Apple announced their upcoming "Scary Fast" event on October 30, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a Power On newsletter that was published in March. He made sure to emphasize important details from the newsletter.

Featuring Apple's M3 chip, the ‌iMac‌ is set to undergo significant tweaks, particularly in terms of its processor. Gurman claimed that the model will bypass the M2 chip instead of directly upgrading from the current M1 chip. He said:

"The company's first M3-based machine"

In March, Gurman shed light on the redesigned stand that the computer will sport, with changes in the location of internal components and a different manufacturing process for stand attachment. His recent comments indicate that the new machine will still feature the internally revamped stand.

In its current state, the M1-enabled ‌iMac‌ is obtainable in various shades, including green, yellow, blue, orange, purple, pink, and silver. Notably, Gurman claimed that the M3 Mac will be on trial in orange, pink, blue, and silver hues.

According to Gurman, the new ‌M3 Mac went into mass production between June and August. The device is anticipated to resemble the existing 24-inch model.
