3. Djokovic ousted in Madrid by Dimitrov

World No.1 Novak Djokovic was stunned by 21-year-old Grigor Dimitrov in the second round of the Madrid Masters on Tuesday as he was beaten 7-6(8/6), 6-7(8/10), 6-3 in just over three hours of gruelling tennis.

4. IPL 6: Rajasthan Royals beat Daredevils by 9 wickets

Rajasthan Royals strengthened their play-off chances with a dominating nine-wicket win over season’s favourite whipping boys Delhi Daredevils by nine wickets in the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium here Tuesday.

10. Battaglin wins Giro thriller, Wiggins loses time

Enrico Battaglin claimed his maiden Giro d’Italia stage on Tuesday with fellow Italian Luca Paolini retaining the leader’s pink jersey on an epic, rain-hit day of racing over 246km from Policastro to Serra San Bruno.
