Global T20 is a 20 over tournament played in Canada. The inaugural edition of the tournament took place during June and July 2018. A total of six teams participated in the first edition of the tournament.

Lendl Simmons of Winnipeg Hawks is the highest run-getter of Global T20. He scored 321 runs in the 8 matches with a strike rate of 140.78. Behind him, the batsmen with most runs were Rassie van der Dussen and Sherfane Rutherford with 255 and 230 runs respectively.
Sherfane Rutherford’s 134 not out is the best individual score of the Global T20. He played this knock against Vancouver Knights, the champions of the first season. Het hit 10 sixes and 11 fours with a strike rate of 203.03.

Andre Russell of Vancouver Knights has the best batting average in Global T20. He has scored 185 runs in Global T20, with an average of 185.00. In eight matches, he batted for six innings, getting out only once.
Tim Southee, with a strike rate of 233.33 is the batsman with the best strike rate on the Global T20. Behind him is Andre Russell, the power hitter from West Indies. Russel scored 185 runs with a strike rate of 217.64.
Sherfane Rutherford is the only batsman with a hundred to his name in Global T20. He scored 134 not out in 66 balls against Vancouver Knights. During his knock, he hit 10 sixes and 11 sixes. He had a strike rate of 203.03 in the innings.
The record of most fifties is held jointly by five batsmen. Moises Henriques, Steve Smith, Chris Gayle, Ben McDermott and Chadwick Walton. All of these batsmen have two-fifty or more runs innings to their name. Among them, Ben McDermott has the highest individual score of 68 runs.
Lendl Simmons has the most number of fours to his name in Global T20. He has 29 fours to his name. He is closely followed by Agha Salman and Anton Devcich with 27 and 25 fours respectively.
Just like the most numbers of fours, Lendl Simmons has also hit most sixes in Global T20. In 8 matches, he has hit the ball into the stands a total of 23 times. He is closely followed by Andre Russell and Sherfane Rutherford with 20 and 19 sixes respectively.
No bowler has taken a five wicket haul in Global T20 so far.
Sheldon Cottrell has taken most wickets in Global T20. He has 16 dismissals to his name with an economy of 8.24. His best bowling figures are 4 for 19. Following him are fawad Ahmed and Lasith Malinga with 14 and 13 wickets respectively.
Khary Pierre’s economy of 6.31 is the best in Global T20. He has bowled 16 overs in six matches, giving away 101 runs and taking six wickets. Following him are Ahmed Raza and Sunil Narine with economies of 6.33 and 6.37 respectively. Narine bowled 24 overs in six matches, giving away 153 runs but managed to take only two wickets.
